Hi I'm Esther
I have a foundation in Narrative therapy which focuses on personal stories, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, which addresses negative thought patterns and strength-based therapy based in resilience, courage and thriving. Over time I have discovered that a mix of therapies best serves my clients, as it offers flexibility especially when working with youth.
I live in a rural area and enjoy the benefits of nature, animals and healthy living. In supporting my clients’ well-being, I also integrate my skills in Functional Nutrition into my therapy where it can enhance health and recovery. I am committed to provide holistic care and support for everyone I work with.
If you’re looking for support on your journey to well-being I’d love to connect and help you take the next step.
