Kia Ora, I’m Veronika.
With over a decade in a client-centred industry, I’ve provided safe, non-judgmental spaces for people to express themselves. Seeing the deep need for mental health support, I transitioned into counselling to offer structured guidance and care.
I specialise in supporting people through trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, helping them navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels right for them. Originally from Hungary, I’ve called Aotearoa home since 2007 and bring a culturally aware and compassionate approach to my practice.
I believe in the power of connection and being truly heard. If you're seeking support, I’m here to help.

Once you choose your counsellor, you can book a session that suits your schedule — it’s that easy.
