Cancellations
At Mindful Connections, we understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes to your schedule. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. You can notify us of your cancellation or rescheduling request via email at info@kererutherapy.com. Please make sure to include your name, appointment date, and time in the email.
Cancellation
Please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be un refundable. This cancellation compensates our therapists for their time and the reserved appointment slot that could have been made available to other clients.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice), the full session fee will be charged to the payment method on file. We value your commitment to your therapy journey and encourage open communication to avoid such situations.
Exceptions
We recognize that emergencies and exceptional situations can occur. If you have a genuine reason for not being able to provide 24 hours’ notice, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will consider each case individually and determine if any adjustments to the cancellation policy are appropriate.
